Spring shoe trend: low heeled sandals

As a somewhat tall gal myself, at 5’8″, I really never wear heels more than three inches, which is why I’m in loving this low-heeled sandal trend popping up on spring runways. It’s the dressier version to a casual classic, add ankle straps or ties if you like, but keep the silhouette the same–comfortable!

The Greer Mule Sandal

Madewell, the Greer mule, $148. This suede stunner also comes in black and rust.

Bettye Bethany Heels, $118.00 at Anthropologie. I’m in love with the beaded details on the heel.

Isla Sandal, Rebecca Minkoff, $75 (on sale!) I love the tassels on these otherwise neutral sandals.

Main Image - Via Spiga Taryn Block Heel Sandal (Women)

Via Spiga, Taryn block heel sandal, $175 The right shade of yellow can work almost as much as a neutral brown, swap it in for an unexpected color burst.

Main Image - Free People Marigold Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

Free People, Marigold sandal, $128 The soft mint combined with velvet has me swooning.

What’s your favorite, any spring shoes that you’re itching to break out once warmer weather hits?
