The Kentucky Derby was another success this year! I got down and derby with friends in a feathery fascinator as we sipped mint juleps all afternoon. 🙂
I opted for a full skirt in pinks and navy blue and a yellow dotted pink crop top to match, both from ASOS. With my nude pointed toes I was ready to cheer Always Dreaming to victory! I love the names of the horses, they’re always so odd and wonderful. 🙂
I was lucky to find this top totally separate of the skirt, it happened to be the perfect shade of pink to add with my scuba material voluminous skirt, and the crop top was a cute peek of skin without being too flashy.
I had a blast this weekend at the Godfrey Hotel’s rooftop derby party with friends, and was obsessed with this perfect gray/purple fascinator. I may need to start re-thinking the Belmont Stakes… 🙂
